THE GO BETWEEN

The Go Between includes art by well-known contemporary names such as Michael Manning, Ana Manso, Helen Marten, Hugo McCloud, Adam McEwen, Adrien Missika, Evan Nesbit, Amir Nikravan, Ben Wolf Noam, Wes Noble, Alek O. The Go Between is “the intermediary”, “the messenger” who serves as a passage, a union, a link between two people or things. The Go Between is also the protagonist of the novel of the same nameby the English writer L. P. Hartley (1953) and its film adaptation by Joseph Losey (1970): a murky story focus on the combination of memory/passion and their mutual disclosure. Ernesto Esposito is The Go Between, the intermediary between his personal experience and his visions, between his emotions, anxieties and melancholy and his aesthetic involvement, the link between his passion for art and its bold and transversal choices.
