CARA DOMANI, Works from Ernesto Esposito Collection

Cara Domani includes art by well-known contemporary names such as Rashid Johnson, Alex Katz, Terence Koh, Joseph Kosuth, Yayoi Kusama, Helen Marten, Fabian Marti, Jason Martin, Cy Twombly, Michelangelo Pistoletto, Richard Prince, Rob Pruitt, Mel Ramos, Robert Rauschenberg. The exhibition explores the peculiar imaginary of Ernesto Esposito, opening the viewer’s gaze towards a fascinating immersive journey in which -as in an autobiographical portrait in progress -a curious, refined, daring taste is revealed. The narration of his intellectual and emotional adventure, still in full swing, adheres closely to the museum’s exhibition spaces through a selection of 76 works-including paintings, photographs, videos, sculptures and installations-created by 69 authors from generations and cultural areas and geographical areas, which allows us to focus on some specific themes.
