A dialogue between Photography and Brazilian Contemporary Art

Curated by Andrea Busto, the show presents works from Ernesto Esposito’s collection, one of the most important and multifaceted international collections of contemporary art. Since the 1980s he has known and associated with artists such as Cy Twombly, Joseph Beuys, Andy Warhol, Helmut Newton, just to name a few. The privilege of friendship with all of them has allowed him to create one of the most important and multifaceted contemporary art collections, from which the works for the ME TWO exhibition have been selected which, in turn, is divided into two sections disclude: Some people and Brazil !.The title of the exhibition, Me Two, paraphrases by assonance the famous phrase “me too” which was coined in 2017 in the form of a hashtag on the occasion of the Hollywood scandal that saw the indicted producer Harvey Weinstein as the protagonist of sexual harassment of actresses who worked for him.
